Helpful Video Guide

For a quick and easy visual guide, please watch the helpful video attached to this email.

After watching the video, you can follow the detailed steps below to ensure your faucet operates at its best:

1. Gather the right tools

  • Flashlight

  • Adjustable wrench

  • Bucket or towel

  • Screwdriver (flathead or Phillips, depending on the faucet model)

  • Replacement gaskets, washers, or hoses (if necessary)

2. Check for leak

  • Once underneath the countertop, turn the faucet on and tighten every hose clockwise
  • There will also be fitting where two hoses connected underneath, this is usually for the sprayer and needs to be checked to make sure it's not loose
  • If a leak is directly shooting from the hose, the hose is now damaged and requires replacement

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please let us know, and we will provide further assistance. You may also share photos or additional details to help us better understand the situation.
