For a quick and easy visual guide to resolving water flow issues, please watch this helpful video:

After watching the video, you can follow the detailed steps below to ensure your faucet operates at its best:
1. Remove and Clean the Cartridge
- Turn off the water supply to the faucet.
- Remove the faucet handle to access the cartridge.
- Carefully take out the cartridge and rinse it under running water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Reinstall the cartridge securely before turning the water supply back on.
2. Inspect the Flow Restrictors
- At the end of the faucet hose, there may be small flow restrictors.
- Detach these components and inspect them for blockages.
- Clean them thoroughly with water, ensuring no dirt remains, and then reattach them.
3. Check the Sprayer’s Check Valve
- The sprayer contains a check valve that can accumulate dirt.
- Detach the sprayer and gently rinse the check valve to remove any debris.
4. Test Water Flow Without the Sprayer
- Remove the sprayer entirely and turn on the faucet.
- If water flows normally without the sprayer, the issue is likely within the sprayer or its components.
- If the flow remains reduced, the blockage may be elsewhere in the faucet or water supply.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please let us know, and we will provide further assistance. You may also share photos or additional details to help us better understand the situation.
